The Background

ULAT Dryer Balls produces wool dryer balls that decreases drying times to cut energy consumption and reduces static and wrinkles in your clothes to ultimately save you money. Proud to be 100% Canadian, their wool is sourced from Canadian farmers as well as having their manufacturing, distribution and sales in Vancouver.

Originally created as a family Christmas gift in 2011, Jennifer introduced ULAT Dryer Balls to the public through a local shop as an experiment to see if consumers were interested in the product.

Currently, ULAT offers their stock in retail stores across Canada as well as multiple online retail partners throughout North America. They also have their own online store and can be found at the most popular seasonal markets.

The Challenge

With the rapid growth of the business, ULAT needed a supportive and scalable solution.

ULAT has three main sales channels: an online store, wholesale/retail partners, and seasonal markets. Each of these channels require unique sale processing, reporting capabilities, and support for around the clock transactions from various locations.
