Enter transaction details
First, enter transaction details for a new sale. If it’s an existing customer, simply look them up to auto-fill their information. Using Web Terminal, you can also authorize funds, capture an authorization, or issue a refund.
Add a new customer profile
For new customers, add them to our secure Customer Vault for quicker transactions in the future. With transactions attached to customer profiles, you can better analyze consumer behavior and buying preferences.
Finish transaction
Once you’ve completed the transaction, your customers will receive an email receipt (which is easy to customize in your settings).
View your transactions
Every transaction is safely stored for easy access. Quickly look up a transaction by date, method, total, type, or ID.
