Michael Gokturk, Chief Executive Officer

Michael is responsible for establishing and executing on Payfirma's vision and strategy. Prior to founding Payfirma, Michael was the founder and CEO of VersaPay Corporation. Under his leadership, VersaPay took the #1 spot on the 2009 PROFIT HOT 50 list and was named Canada's Fastest Growth Company. Michael was named to the prestigious Top 40 Under 40 list in 2011 and was honoured to be named Best Business Person of 2012 by the Kitsilano Chamber of Commerce.

Sunan Spriggs, Chief Operating Officer

Sunan leads Payfirma’s operations department, focused on delivering speed, efficiency and the best service to our merchants. Prior to co-founding Payfirma, Sunan was VersaPay’s National Operations Manager where she designed, developed and implemented Versapay's overall policies and procedures. Prior to VersaPay, Sunan worked with Deloitte & Touche’s Property Tax Services Group.

Kalle Radage, Chief Product Officer

Kalle leads Payfirma's overall product development, sales, and marketing. Prior, Kalle held leadership roles in product management, marketing, and business development at Nokia, Oracle, and a start-up, Sabela Media, which was acquired by 24/7 Real Media. Kalle was also a Venture Capitalist at both BDC Venture Capital and Nokia Ventures. Kalle holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain and a degree in computer science from UBC in Canada.

Jason Collinge, Chief Technology Officer

Jason runs Payfirma’s engineering team, responsible for the development and infrastructure including mobile applications, payment gateway, security, and compliance. Prior to Payfirma, Jason has run the development for numerous companies such as Business Objects, Orbital Technologies, and Colligo Networks.

John Rante, CEO & Founder, BluePay

Mr. Rante has been in the credit card payment industry since 1985 and is the CEO and Founder of BluePay. BluePay currently serves almost 30,000 merchants. The company has 95 employees in Chicago and New York, independent sales agents across the United States, and was listed as number 128 on the Inc 500 report of fastest growing US companies in 2010.

Lance Tracey, President & Founder, Peer 1 & Sutton Group

Co-founded Sutton Group, a Canadian Real Estate Franchise in 1983. Lance and Sutton have been early stage investors in many successful Internet startups over the years, including Look Communications, Internet Direct. His most recent exit is Peer 1 Networks selling to Cogeco Cable in 2013, where Lance was Chairman and Co-Founder. Lance is an active user and early adopter of technology both personally and through his businesses.

Marc Levy, CEO & Founder, Mosam Ventures

Mr. Levy is the founder and former CEO and Chairman of Norsemont Mining, which he grew from a market capitalization of $1 million to over $100 million in less than two years. He brings over 18 years of management and leadership experience in both private and public company businesses. He is also a Director of Lornex Capital, Prescient Mining, Sparrow Ventures and Mosam Ventures.

Adam Atlas, President, Adam Atlas Attorney At Law

Mr. Atlas heads North America’s top law firm advising on legal aspects of payments businesses. Atlas advises principally on matters of electronic transactions and merchant transaction acquiring law for about 400 US and Canadian merchant acquirers and is the Chairman of the Acquirers Association.
